We are set in a prime location at the entrance to Mudeford Quay in the fishing village of Mudeford which is near to the historic priory town of Christchurch Dorset on the south coast.

 

OLYMPIC TORCH.

The Olympic torch runner pass through Christchurch on the 14th July and there is a beach party in Bournemouth on the 13th July.

 

OLYMPIC SAILING WEYMOUTH

Seapoint is just an hours drive from Weymouth where 29th July the Olympic sailing events are being held. The train can be taken from Christchurch station and takes just 1hour 15mins at cost of about £14.50 return.

 

 

 

We offer free off street parking during your stay  up until 10am on departure day.

 

Seapoint is a few minutes walk away from Mudeford Quay and sandy Avon Beach.

 

LOCAL ACTIVITIES

Many activities can be enjoyed in picturesque Mudeford, and is the ideal place for coastal walks, bird watching, wild life.  Excellent sailing, boating, water skiing fishing off the quay or game and coarse fishing on the nearby royalty can be found.

 

Children can go 'Crabbing' from the Quay, suitable lines are available from the local shops.

 

In Christchurch Harbour there is opportunities to Kite-Surf, Wind-Surf, Dinghy Sail and Kayaking.

 

Christchurch Kayaking  can arrange kayaking day-trips, coaching and coastal expedition.

Good food is available at 'The Haven' Pub on Mudeford Quay, just a few minutes walk. While further a field there is 'The Sandpiper' or 'The Nelson' just about a 10 to 15 minutes walk.

 

At the quay there are; Mudeford Fish Stall, Highcliffe Sailing Club, boats for sea-fishing trips and the ferry to Mudeford sand bank for access to the beach huts and Hengistbury Head. 

High speed boat rides available with Adventure Voyages. taking you to 'The Needles' or 'Old Harry's Rocks'

 

The MCA training centre is just a short walk (15mins) away, along Avon beach.  Special prices accommodation available.
